A 4-week online series centered on breath and meditation practices that you can use to tune into your heart space and the teacher within.
During times of intensity and confusion, it can be challenging to stay grounded. Using yoga and meditation, we can relieve stress and find the answers we need within.
Each class will be 45 minutes long and include a short lecture, a calming yoga and meditation practice, and time to connect and share with one another.
