Shamanic healing technique for clearing heavy energies from the chakras and energy fields. Every unwanted pattern a person is experiencing in their life has heavy energies or energetic imprints connected to it. Pain, trauma, anxiety and unwanted events in life are the root of heavy energy. This energy when in the field and chakras attract more unwanted events and negatively affect the person's thoughts, health and emotions' work with one unwanted pattern at a time some may take more than one session. Patterns may be similar to low self esteem, fear of failure, lack of trust, procrastination or ongoing health or emotional pain like anger or sadness.
