Kundalini Yoga uses breath, movement and focus to energize the body while supporting strength and balance of the immune and glandular systems. Dynamic classes promote emotional well-being, mental clarity and stress relief. Appropriate for all abilities.
Pro tip: Just starting out? The best way to get acquainted with Kundalini Yoga is to try out as many teachers and classes as possible. You’ll experience a great variety of exercises from class to class, so going to at least 5 classes will give you a good idea of what the practice is all about.

This training is all about the heart. We'll Be utilizing a unique combination
of Kundalini and Hatha techniques to embrace our emotions, nourish our souls, and be human.
Jin Shin Jyutsu
An ancient Japanese healing art that focuses on restoring life force energy in the body. This relaxing hands on healing healing practice works with energy flows to open blockage or stagnation of energy flow that may be felt as discomfort and pain. Daily stress can be the cause of this disharmony or blockage. A typical session lasts about an hour and is done fully clothed. The practitioner listens to the pulses and places hands on energy centers in a sequence to open energy flows in the body.
