Together we will begin a new habit of starting the day with gratitude. Taking time to consider what is going right in our life, what brings a smile to our face and how that focus changes everything! When you sign up for this challenge you will be part of a group looking to embrace positivity, simple joy and new perspectives. Our challenge begins September 29-October 19, led by Laura Marcotte. During this time you will receive daily inspiration by email and have the opportunity to meet in person once a week. At the in person gatherings, Laura will offer a short meditation and time to share our experiences. All you are encouraged to do is consider or open to gratitude each day and attend the in-person meet up if called to do so. Jin Shin Jyutsu
An ancient Japanese healing art that focuses on restoring life force energy in the body. This relaxing hands on healing healing practice works with energy flows to open blockage or stagnation of energy flow that may be felt as discomfort and pain. Daily stress can be the cause of this disharmony or blockage. A typical session lasts about an hour and is done fully clothed. The practitioner listens to the pulses and places hands on energy centers in a sequence to open energy flows in the body. |
