Looking to develop your knowledge and application of the ancient contemplative tools of mantra, mudra and marma points? In this weekend training we will experience and uncover the meaning, method and application of these practices together. Explore through sound, gesture and gentle point activation, learning to regulate energy, refine awareness and enhance meditation. Curious practitioners and yoga/meditation teachers are encouraged to take this weekend journey. This weekend study is dedicated to the subtle body, contemplative stillness, and ancient energetic tools that support healing from the inside out. This training blends mantra (sound vibration), mudra (energetic hand seals), and marma points (vital energy gateways) into an accessible and experiential journey that meets students where they are. |

Jin Shin Jyutsu
An ancient Japanese healing art that focuses on restoring life force energy in the body. This relaxing hands on healing healing practice works with energy flows to open blockage or stagnation of energy flow that may be felt as discomfort and pain. Daily stress can be the cause of this disharmony or blockage. A typical session lasts about an hour and is done fully clothed. The practitioner listens to the pulses and places hands on energy centers in a sequence to open energy flows in the body. Jin Shin Jyutsu - $100
