About the event: Join Laura "Kirtan" Marcotte and Meg Sylvester at Shuniya Yoga Collective (or online) for a transformative weekend to reconnect to the wisdom of your body and discover inner peace.
Self-acceptance and compassion are keys to living a deeply meaningful and fulfilling life. However, body image issues and low self-esteem stemming from how we feel and think about ourselves can cause a disruption in the flow of creativity, love, health, wealth and joy trying to come into our lives. Negative body perception can be so heavy that it has the potential to take up all of the creative space in our minds and hearts. We are programmed to be in competition or comparison with others which results in feelings of separateness, judgement and inadequacy.
