Full Moon Illumination

About the event: The time of the full moon is the peak; where everything comes to fruition. From this vantage point we can see where we have been, let go of control in any area of life that isn’t in flow, let down resistance and begin anew with clarity and a refreshed spirit. Allow the energy of the Full Moon to support your journey wherever you are, as we gather for a deep group meditation followed by an extended Reiki-infused sound healing, including the gong, crystal bowls and chimes.

In-Person or Live-Stream About the Event Join Laura "Kirtan" Marcotte at Shuniya Yoga Collective (or online) for a transformational afternoon to reconnect to the wisdom of our bodies and discover inner freedom.
Accepting ourselves unconditionally means that we make peace and forgive the parts of ourselves that are learning and imperfect. This will always be our process as humans. We recognize that our limitations are part of our uniqueness and that the destination of perfection is an illusion and what may keep us from a happy life.
In this workshop we will practice meditation and mindfulness exercises like RAIN (Recognize, Allow, Investigate and Nurture), journaling prompts and gentle yoga to open to a new way of being with yourself. We will look at Tara Brach’s book, Radical Self Acceptance, to guide us in discussion and practice of this way of being.
Radical Self Acceptance is loving yourself. It is being in touch with ourselves in a mindful open way - holding kindness, compassion and self love because we are aligned with our truthful journey. Join us as we reignite our own Radical Self Acceptance!
