Join Laura “Kirtan” Marcotte (@4Kirtan) and Sarah Andrews (@atxsarah) for Inward Bound, a 4-week online series centered on breath and meditation practices that you can use to tune into your heart space and the teacher within.
During times of intensity and confusion, it can be challenging to stay grounded. Using yoga and meditation, we can relieve stress and find the answers we need within.
Each class will be 45 minutes long and include a short lecture, a calming yoga and meditation practice, and time to connect and share with one another. You will have access to a private FB page with daily practices, uplifting quotes and support for staying on track and centered.
Because this offering is online, you can join from anywhere in the world!
In these times, it is more important than ever that we come together in community in any way that we can to lift and support one another.

Yoga for Addiction Recovery Training
Ready to dive into meditation? Group meditation restores mind, body and spirit by bringing balance and community into our lives.
Every 3rd Saturday of the month we will come together in a supportive group atmosphere to meditate, uplift our spirit and awaken. A sound healing will follow the meditation providing integration.
Each month Kirtan will present a different meditation to enhance the energetic landscape at the time.

An evening of special nurturing and healing through breath and sound. Indulge in a guided meditation flowing in a sound bath with gong, crystal bowls, and chimes. Leave feeling lighter and more connected to yourself. Space is limited register early.
