Private Yoga Class
Pick a time that fits in your schedule and together we will create a simple but potent practice for you. If you are wanting to go deeper into your meditation or poses we will find ways that work for you to move in a new direction. One on one yoga is for people looking for freedom and choice. Private sessions are one hour and can be for an individual, couple or whole family.
Beginner Yoga Class
Learn the basics of yoga and meditation in the privacy of your own home. Breath and poses will create harmony in mind, body and spirit.
Crystal bowls, gongs and chimes for relaxation and balance. These sessions begin with a guided relaxation and use vibration from the instruments to release mental, emotional and physical blocks. This deep rest will repair the nervous system and lower the effects of stress.
